Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Insoles & Accessories (personal hygiene products)
  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (required for processing)
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Original receipt or order confirmation copy

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of approval

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Refund Timeline

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
