Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note for International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every item you purchase from Clothing Store. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Insoles & Accessories (personal hygiene products)
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Any items showing signs of wear or that have been washed
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) for return/exchange (product name, size/color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Confirmation that items are in original condition with tags attached
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if applicable
- Return form to include with your package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the original packaging if possible. Include:
- The completed return form
- Original receipt or order confirmation copy

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of approval
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
